4D Architect™ Certification | September 2– March 2, 2028**
A six-month advanced certification experience for leaders responsible for architecting and leading complex transformation across functions, teams or organizations.
Your certification experience includes live cohort sessions, individual coaching, advanced 4D tools and frameworks, applied transformation work, peer learning, and feedback throughout the program as you use the 4D Transformation System™ to structure and advance a real enterprise-level challenge.
You will deepen your ability to Define Value, Design Work, Drive Change and Demonstrate Results across complex, interconnected transformation efforts — and build the discipline to architect transformation with greater clarity, rigor and measurable impact.
