4D Architect Certification™ is an advanced, applied experience for leaders who are responsible for transformation that extends beyond a single team, project or process.

That's why the 4D Architect experience includes five individual 4D Transformation Coaching sessions with a transformation expert throughout the six-month experience.

These sessions give you dedicated space to work through the realities of your transformation—your stakeholders, organizational dynamics, implementation barriers, decisions and emerging challenges.

Use your coaching sessions to:

• Pressure-test your transformation architecture and assumptions

• Work through stakeholder or cross-functional complexity

• Think through difficult implementation decisions

• Address barriers as they emerge

• Course-correct your approach as conditions change

• Connect the 4D methodology to the realities of your organization

The cohort teaches you the methodology. The individual coaching helps you apply it to your transformation.
