About Myriam Vidalon
For more than two decades, Myriam Vidalon has led transformation across operations, workforce strategy, talent, culture, organizational redesign, and enterprise integration — helping organizations navigate complexity while improving measurable performance.
She previously served in executive leadership roles as Chief Diversity, Talent & Culture Officer, SVP Workforce & Culture Transformation and SVP Integration Leader for NielsenIQ’s largest transformation effort. Myriam held operational senior leadership roles in Business Process Improvement, Quality, and Business Intelligence and Planning.
Her work combines operational rigor with human-centered transformation - bridging strategy, execution, and organizational adoption.
The Work Behind the Framework
Throughout her career, Myriam found herself at the center of transformation.
From operations and business process improvement to workforce transformation, talent, culture, and organizational redesign, one pattern remained constant: organizations were working hard to transform, yet sustainable results often failed to materialize.
Over time, Myriam realized the issue was not effort — it was architecture. Most organizations treated transformation as a series of initiatives instead of redesigning how value was created through the system of work itself.
For more than two decades, she has applied disciplines including marketing strategy, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, systems thinking, and organizational change to help leaders define value, redesign systems, drive adoption, and deliver measurable results.
That work ultimately became the 4D Transformation System™.

A Different Way of Thinking About Transformation.
Moving from transformation theater -announcing activities and changes - to the discipline of architecting value - redesigning and enabling a new way of working that produces measurable results.
-
Great results are rarely accidental; they emerge when leaders intentionally design the systems, leadership capabilities, and ways of working that allow people and organizations to succeed consistently.
-
It’s our trademarked 4-step framework to deliver results across workforce, culture, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
-
Help leaders become architects of transformation instead of passive recipients of change.
Our goal is not simply to help organizations change.
It is to help them build the capability to continuously create value.
