A 12-week applied certification experience designed for professionals who want to use the 4D Transformation System™ to structure and lead real transformation challenges.

Your certification experience includes six bi-weekly 2-hour facilitated sessions, two individual coaching sessions, applied project work between sessions, practical 4D tools and templates, and feedback on your final transformation presentation.

Throughout the program, you will apply the 4D methodology — Define Value, Design Work, Drive Change and Demonstrate Results — to a real business or organizational challenge and build the capability to use the system with greater rigor and confidence.

Program Dates: February 3 – April 14, 2027
Meeting Time: Wednesdays, 12:00–2:00 PM ET
Registration Closes: January 26, 2027

    • Have a real transformation initiative they can work on during the six-week experience

    • Be able to meaningfully influence the initiative

    • Commit to attending and actively participating in cohort sessions

    • Complete applied work between sessions

    • Be prepared to develop a 4D Transformation Blueprint™
