Architecting Transformation that Works

A Live Experience on the Future of Transformation, Work, and Value Creation

Hosted by

Myriam Vidalon

Presented in collaboration with

University of Tampa
Master of Science in Human Resources Program

You are invited to a live leadership experience exploring one of the most important questions facing organizations today:

How do leaders move beyond activity and redesign transformation to create measurable, sustainable results?

Hosted in collaboration with University of Tampa, this interactive experience brings together senior HR and business leaders, graduate students, and transformation practitioners for an evening of strategic discussion, live diagnostics, and collaborative exploration around the future of work, leadership, and organizational transformation.

Rather than a traditional keynote or panel discussion, the experience is designed as a live transformation lab — combining real organizational challenges, systems thinking, and practical frameworks to rethink how transformation actually works in practice.

What We’ll Explore

  • The evolving role of HR in value creation

  • Why transformation efforts stall despite investment and urgency

  • The shift from managing change to redesigning systems of work

  • How leaders can architect adoption, performance, and sustained results in an age of disruption

  • AI, organizational change, and the next generation of leadership

  • Practical frameworks used to drive transformation in complex organizations

This event will include insights and concepts from Myriam Vidalon’s book: The 4D Transformation System™: How Leaders Architect Value in an Age of Disruption. The session also serves as a preview of concepts that will be presented at the 2026 SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2026 Conference in Orlando.

This experience is designed for:

  • Senior HR and talent leaders

  • Leaders responsible for workforce strategy, culture, organizational effectiveness, or performance

Architecting Results Require More Than Activity

As organizations navigate AI disruption, workforce evolution, economic pressure, and increasing complexity, leaders are being asked to rethink not only what organizations do — but how results are actually produced.

This experience is an invitation to step back from the noise of transformation activity and engage in a more important conversation:

How do we intentionally design organizations that create value, build capability, and sustain performance?
